(4) December 31, 2006 : Dreamy Textile "Tourmaline" stop to sell
On December 31, 2006 the Dreamy Textile "Tourmaline", which had begun to sell from October 1, 2002, stopped to sell. A birthstone in October is called Tourmaline and this ore has a variety of colors as clear, yellow, red, green and so on. This ore gives very week electric current, and so it is called also "an electric ore". French physicist, Curie brothers discovered in 1880 that Tourmaline generates an electricity when Tourmaline was given pressure and /or heat. This time the following two patents were given and the textile included Tourmaline was produced. - a textile with the permanent electric pole and its manufacturing process - a textile generating very week electric current and its manufacturing process
	The characteristics of Tourmaline is that the both ends of a tiny crystallization have plus and minus electric poles permanently. And an electric current flows as in a human body because of the plus pole and minus pole of this ore.
	The humidity in an air is ionized by this permanent electric poles of Tourmaline, and a minus ion is diffused for the good environment. The electric current stimulates the skin and the therapeutic point (Tsubo), and the body is capable of heating and metabolism. This phenomenon is free from germs and discharges a static electricity.

(10) January 01, 2005 : A Happy NewYear ! Best Wishes to you for a Happy New Year ! We hope all of you enjoyed seasons holidays, but we were surprised to have snow at the year end. We hope that Japanese economy will recover and we will have many visitirs in here in Kyobashi. We pray God for happiness to the people and cats too, and let's begin in 2005 ! Give our best regards to all of you ! Last year we had freak weather because of environmeantal destructions in the world. In Japan there were many disasters like floods by typhoons, earthquakes in Niigata and so on. In the world the Tsunami of December 24, 2004, ranks among the worst natural disasters in the past century, with more than 157,000 dead in 12 countires. Mat God be with Tsunami victims in this hour of sadness and darkness. Remember, every dark cloud has a silver lining.

(8) June 11 to 13, 2004 : Sanno Festival of Akasaka Hie-Jinja At first we check the festival history of Edo-jidai, the big festivals have begun from the Tokugawa Shogunate. Because General Tokugawa Ieyasu moved the capital city from Kyoto to Edo (Tokyo). General Tokugawa Ieyasu moved the Kandamyojin-Shrine for Tairano Masakado, which was located in present Otemachi, to Yushima, whose direction is ominous and at the North East of Edo-Castle (the present Imperial Palace) and decided this shrine was a guardian angel. However he feared that only one shrine was not enough and built the Kaneiji-Temple at Ueno on the same direction. The opposite direction, the South West was also an ominous direction. Therefore he built a shrine at Sanno Tameike (This shrine was renamed Hie-jinja in Meiji-jidai.), then built the Zojoji-Temple at Shiba (at present the area of Tokyo Tower) by the same reason. From 1681-1683 in Tempo-period Kanda Festival and Sanno Festival have begun. The Omikoshi (portable shrines) and Dashi (parade floats) of these two festivals were permitted to enter the Edo-Castle and the festivals were expanded and called Tenka-matsuri (Festivals approved the Tokugawa government). But the costs were getting bigger and each shrine opened every other year. There are 2 kinds of Omikoshi (portable shrines), one belong to the shrine and another belong to Ujiko-towns (the towns of parishioner of the shrine). The former parade has walked through Ujiko-towns and called "Jinkousai-Festival" in the case of Hie-Jinja. The Ujiko-towns of the Akasaka Hie-Jinja include our Town Kyobashi, Kudan, Bancho, Ichigaya, Yotsuya, Kojimachi, Shinbashi, Ginza and Nihonbashi. In Nihonbashi there is the Sessha (subsidiary shrine) of Akasa Hie-Jinja, and the big parade consisting 500 people and 600m long were walked from Akasaka Hie-Jinja at 08:00 to the Shrine in Nihonbashi through Ujiko-towns and come back around 17:30. People have wearing old costumes in Heian-Jidai and it was held this year on the rainy June 11, 2004. All Mikoshis (portable shrines) of Ujiko-towns were purified. On the next days of 12 (Saturday) and 13 (Sunday) the purified Mikoshis were carried by the people of each Ujiko-town and the festival was held. In Kyobashi Area there were 3 Mikoshis this year supported by Ujiko-towns, Kyobashi 1-Chome, Kyobashi 3-chome and our Kyobashi 2-Chome East and Takaracho 2-chome. We were lucky, had no rains and welcomed many visitors. (We were very sorry to bother cats on the Cats Street.)

(7) February 01, 2004 : (Special News) The best box-office in 2003 to the Movie "Odoru Daisosasen II" From Daily Sports Newspaper issued on January 30, 2004 The movies in 2003 were the best box-office success till now ! Japan movie producers union announced about movies in 2003. According to the announcement the box-office was 203.2 billion yen and audience were 162 million. All Japanese movie of box-office was 67.1 billion yen and the rest was foreign movies. No.1 Japanese movies is "Odoru Daisosasen 2 (The Dancing Dragnet; The Movie 2)" of 17.35 billion yen and foreign movies are "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" of 17.3 billion yen and "Matrix Reloaded" of 11 billion yen. August 14, 2003 : (Special News) The Movie "Odoru Daisosasen II" and Tamiya The big topic police movie "Odoru Daisosasen 2 (The Dancing Dragnet; The Movie 2; A Blockade the Rainbowbridge !)", which is talked about among young people from the spring of this year 2003, was released at last on July 19, the first day of the summer vacation for schools. Our special made Red ropewas used as the important movie property. The murder spot is surrounded with this red rope like a spider web, and moreover the rope is tied very skillfully and carefully. The red color is remarkable and we forget for a moment this scene is the murder spot. The tying of the rope is a special way and is often tied among SM players. An tying experiment at the Police office uses the red rope and the red rope is also left at the murderer's place. The red rope is used 3 times, which are very important scenes. This red rope looks like a normal rope at a glance. However if we use our business word, then we say this is not rope but cord, namely, Cotten Braid with core. The outside skin called GAWAHIMO is very thin and the material of a braid core is soft, flexible but strong using our idea. This braid needs during 50 days from cotton thread through braid and dyeing to finish. About 30 years ago, the late and first President, Founder Tamiya made this special braid for magicians. Now it is a little thicker and heavier and is used very few for magic. But this braid is used for other purposes and we prepared colored braids by request. We are handling ropes and cords about 90 years, and are very pleased that this classic and hand-made braid is used in the movie as an important role. August 08, 2003 : from the entertainment column of Sankei Sports Newspaper "Odoru Daisosaen 2" seen by more than 5 million of people ...... No.1 film during Summer vacation ! The opened movie "The Dancing Dragnet; The Movie 2; A Blockade the Rainbowbridge !" (Director: Katuyuki Motohiro, Released by Toho) mobilizes more than audience of 5 million during 20 days from the releaed day of July 19 till August 7. This is the fast record in Japanese movies without animation movies. It will be sure that this movie is the No.1 movie during summer vacation against the American movie "Matrix Reloaded" and others of rival. Until August 6 there are 4,872,677 audience and box office is 6,556,223,250YEN. On August 7 Toho announced he had already audience of more than 5 million.

(4) June 23, 2002 : San-nou Festival of Akasaka Hie-Jinja The "San-noh Matsuri(Festival)" for Akasaka Hie Jinja(Shrine) was held from June 14, Friday to 16, Sunday. 2 portable shrines for Kyobashi 2-chome and Takara 2-chome were carried on their shoulders by pious people on parade on the street. The festival heats kicked about a humid weather. Cats on the Cats Street were stunned by many people and noise of Festival.
